RMP2 (also known as Remind-Me-Please) is a neat event reminder for all your tasks and appointments. This free utility is for everyone - its interface is for the most part fully self-explanatory, and its flexibility and versatility makes it an excellent add-on to anyone's desktop.
You can add as many tasks or events as you need to be reminded of, and you can use them as many times as needed without entering them again. Every task can be categorized (recommended) and use these different categories for easy filtering. This flexible tiny tool allows you to customize your reminders in the most amazing ways. The combinations are endless - every X day of every month, every X number of days from a given date, every X months, weekly, yearly, etc. You can also tell the program to warn you X minutes before the event, show its warning once or to "repeat it forever", or even run a specific file.
RMP2 also provides you with a clear monthly view that can show all your tasks and appointments, or those belonging to a certain category. This calendar view can show you the current month, previous or forthcoming months, and can also be printed so that you can carry it with you at all times.
There is only one thing I dare to say against RMP - once you have this tool installed in your system, and once all your important events have been loaded into its database and accurately scheduled for future reminding, not even the most imaginative excuse will help you out if you happen to forget anything. more
